this it was clearly understandig from the great hadith autlining duties of citizens .
As falow
whoever among you has seen something wrong,bad he he should change it with his hand [power authority] if he cannot do that ,then let him change it with his tongue[write ,talk,etc]if still he cannot do that ,then let him change it in his heart [feeling dis like]and that is the weakest singn of faith 2 also she most follow all the rule and regulation of his country which ara not contradiction to islam religeon .
Becouse there is no obedience to any creature in disobedienc to the creator[allah s.w.t]
